• When booking you are agreeing to our house rules and terms and conditions. All rules are in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our cats and the customers.

• If you are BOOKING WITH CHILDREN is very important to read the age policy.​
   

• The link at the foot of this page will take you to our booking page, where you can select the date, time and number of people.​​​
   

• After you have booked PLEASE CHECK YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL - if anything has gone wrong (date / time) or you have not received a confirmation email please contact us, it may not be possible to help on the day of your booking. Please note, if you cancel your booking you are not automatically refunded. See terms and conditions and email to discuss booking another time.
   

• There is a £10 per person admission fee.​​
   

• If you are interested in booking afternoon tea, please see our afternoon tea section and add the number of afternoon teas you require when you book a table. Your confirmation email will show your afternoon tea order. Please also email us to discuss your preferences,
